Fantastic Hotel Experience

I loved how attentive the staff were at breakfast. A kettle with tea and a chocolate were placed in my room during the day. I found the large bathroom amazing. I also liked the different colors on the towels. I really enjoyed the modern room with its cool lighting. The location is walkable to central attractions. The room offered every comfort of a top-tier hotel. Soundproofing and a comfortable bed. The staff was attentive and kind, eager to fulfill every request, including providing adjacent rooms. I also appreciated that the hotel offered additional coffee capsules for the room, aside from those provided in the morning. I enjoyed how spacious the room and bathroom were. The breakfast was perfect. the staff was friendly.
The taxi driver couldn't find the hotel. I had to carry my bags for a few blocks. I was given an accessible room overlooking a noisy daycare. There were no hangers in the room. There was wine but no wine opener.

Breakfast featured a beautiful display with fresh items. There were plenty of options for those who prefer sweeter foods. Every meal I had was utterly delicious, breakfast and dinner were really good.

The hotel offers a convenient location and easy access to attractions. There are bridges that remind you of Venice right outside the front door. It is situated in a modern, charming, and quiet area where only electric taxis circulate.

unintuitive lightingcramped gym
i had an issue with the room lighting (it wasn't intuitive) and i had to ask multiple times for clarification. additionally, the gym felt cramped, located in the basement with dark walls, and required coordination with other guests to avoid bumping into each other. these aspects detracted from what should have been a seamless experience.

This hotel has a perfect location and easy access to spots and attractions. Breakfast is really good, and the personnel are the best. The suite was excellent, and I liked the exclusive products in the room. The service throughout the hotel is great.
I found that the taxi could not locate the hotel, so I had to carry my bags a few blocks. I was given an accessible room and am unsure why. It overlooked a noisy day care. The wine was present, but no wine opener was available. There were also no hangers in the room

the room had a mini bar stocked with complimentary drinks. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options (especially the fresh pastries). i found the location convenient for exploring the waterfront area. the staff offered bike rentals, made getting around very easy.
